A Foreclosure Representative contacts homeowners facing foreclosure in a bid to help them avoid losing their homes. He/she reviews several strategies for avoiding foreclosure with the homeowner and together they arrive at a tailor-made solution.
Specifically, you will carry out the following tasks:
• Obtain "early" pre-foreclosure list from Office Coordinator
• Establish (face to face) contact by knocking on the doors of all addresses on the pre-foreclosure list.
•Confirm the homeowners pre-foreclosure status and present with a brief consultation session on foreclosure avoidance strategies.
• Recommend service of foreclosure avoidance strategies.
